Being customer-obsessed is one of the most important ways of working and we want to reward those champions who have made an impact by being customer-obsessed. In this spirit, we have introduced the Customer Champion Program – a series of monthly and quarterly awards for our employees in our call centers and back office. There will be various awards distributed which means there are so many opportunities to win! How are our customer-obsessed champions going to be decided? The winners will be chosen based on real-time feedback given to them by our customers.
