JAZZ ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

The Jazz Associate Program is a one-year competitive career acceleration journey for Pakistan’s most promising graduates. Designed to identify and develop the best of the best, the program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure, professional training, and mentorship from industry experts at Pakistan’s leading digital operator. With assessment-based hiring and a competitive selection process, the most capable candidates will be shortlisted to join this program. Through quarterly job rotations, Associates explore multiple departments across Jazz, gaining exposure to the business while contributing to our mission of delivering 1440 minutes of digital enablement each day – powered by technology and Artificial Intelligence. At the end of the one-year program, Associates transition into permanent roles within Jazz based on their performance and cultural alignment.

ELIGIBILITY

The program is open to students who have graduated in the last one years with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Yes, Associates receive a monthly salary for the duration of the program.

3. What happens after the one-year program ends?

Upon successful completion and based on performance, Associates are offered permanent positions within Jazz.

4. What is the structure of the program?

The Jazz Associate Program includes quarterly job rotations, allowing Associates to explore different departments, understand diverse business functions, and identify their best career fit.

5. Can I apply if I graduated more than a year ago?

Yes. If you have graduated in the past one years, you are eligible to apply.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Jazz Summer Internship Program is a dynamic, 8-week experience designed to empower students with hands-on industry exposure. The program provides an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in real-world projects and gain insights into Jazz, with guidance from some of the brightest minds. Interns can look forward to developing their professional skills, expanding their networks, and contributing to meaningful work that shapes Pakistan’s digital landscape.

ELIGIBILITY

We welcome applications from students who meet the following criteria.

Education Level: Currently enrolled in a Bachlore’s Program, in their 3rd and 4th year.

1. When does the internship program start and end?

The Jazz Summer Internship Program is an 8-week program, typically starting in June and concluding in August.

2. Are interns required to work full-time during the internship?

Yes, interns are expected to work full-time for the duration of the program, following the standard working hours at Jazz, i.e. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

3. Is the internship location flexible?

Summer Internship Program opportunities are available at our head office in Islamabad, as well as our regional bases in Karachi, Lahore, and Multan. Based on the organization’s needs, an opportunity may arise in another city.

4. Do I need prior work experience to apply?

No prior work experience is required. The program is designed for students who are eager to learn and gain real-world experience.

5. Can I apply if I am in my second year of study?

Currently, the program is open to 3rd and 4th-year students only.

6. Will I receive a certificate at the end of the internship?

Yes, all interns who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion from Jazz.

7. What happens after the internship ends?

Successful interns are added to our talent pool to be considered for future openings.

8. Is it possible to receive a full-time job offer as soon as the internship ends?

While securing a full-time role immediately after the internship depends on the current needs of the business, there have been instances where interns have been hired directly into full-time positions based on their performance and availability of suitable roles. Interns who excel in the program are always encouraged to stay connected as they are part of Jazz’s talent pool for future opportunities. (provided the completion of their University Degree).

9. Can I only intern at Jazz during the Summer Internship Program?
