Jazz believes in talent development at the core of our #peoplefirst philosophy. In the same spirit, we opened our doors to mentor the next wave of leaders! Under LUMS’s Off-Campus Career Exposure Program, our employees got to guide junior and senior year students from LUMS on topics such as resume writing, interviewing techniques, use of online platforms, emerging career paths, and negotiating for job offers. Mentors from Jazz included Shayan Khaliq, Muneeb Ahmed, Minah Ali Rathore, Aizay Shaheen, and Monica Peter who coached these aspiring professionals.
