The platform allows the consumer insights team to obtain real time consumer feedback and insights on business questions, product design and communication testing. Plus, the platform is customizable for different types of analysis. Quantitative investigations can be conducted in the form of opinion polls and short embedded surveys while qualitative explorations are led with customer diaries and wall discussions.
