While we Flex, we’ve launched the “Jazz Fit Goes Digital” campaign, focusing on our proposition #JazzCares. Keeping in mind the physical and mental well-being of our people, we have introduced online fitness sessions and counselor services. The counselor services are available through one-on-one sessions which allow people to talk about stress and seek advice for their concerns. Especially through these uncertain times, our counseling services are available through a dedicated helpline and email to schedule one-on-one sessions on Blue Jeans. This online program has been met with overwhelmingly positive response, as over 30 individual sessions per week are taking place since the breakout of the pandemic. The online fitness classes have begun from the start of April and have received a great response from the employees. More than 150 people connect daily via Workplace by Facebook to join the class at 6pm every day.
