Role Overview

As the Head of Integrated Marketing Experience, you will be responsible for leading Jazz’s end-to-end media strategy, performance marketing, data-led consumer insights, and full-funnel campaign execution across ATL, digital, and owned platforms. This leadership role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital innovation, and growth marketing, driving engagement and business outcomes across Jazz’s digital ecosystem—including Simosa, Tamasha, GameNow, FikrFree, ROX, Business, variety of other digital services and future products.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong strategic thinking, creative media planning, team development, and stakeholder alignment with internal teams (marcom, product, pricing, analytics, finance) and external partners (media agencies, publishers, platforms).

This role manages a team of 7 people and works with an extended team of 25+ team members.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Performance & Growth Marketing

·         Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across web and app products, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and ROI.

·         Manage multi-platform campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks.

·         Optimize full-funnel performance metrics (CPA, CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC) through audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and channel mix.

Media Planning & Channel Management

·         Own the integrated digital media strategy across upper, mid, and lower funnel, aligned with business and product goals.

·         Drive cross-channel media plans that balance performance, efficiency, and brand equity—managing digital heavy media spend.

·         Ensure agile budget allocation across paid channels based on campaign and market performance.

Data & Analytics Integration

·         Build and oversee data pipelines and reporting systems across platforms (Business Manager, Analytics platforms, MMPs, CDPs).

·         Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

·         Translate user behavior and performance insights into optimization recommendations and growth strategies.

Ad Tech & Automation

·         Champion marketing technology adoption to automate campaign workflows, testing, and personalization.

·         Work with internal product and data teams to integrate performance insights with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and in-app personalization.

·         Scale Jazz and Veon proprietary AdTech as a performance solution for advertisers, support adoption among agency partners and brand advertisers.

Agency & Partner Management

·         Lead performance reviews, contract negotiations, and innovation roadmaps with media agencies and global platforms.

·         Ensure consistent execution quality and KPI delivery across external and internal partners.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

·         Manage and mentor a high-performing team of media and analytics professionals.

·         Establish a performance culture rooted in experimentation, learning agility, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

·         7–10 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in high-growth digital-first industries (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, telecom, gaming).

·         Proven ability to scale digital acquisition and retention through paid media and marketing automation.

·         Deep knowledge of performance platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360), ad operations, and programmatic buying.

·         Hands-on experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms (Business Managers, Analytics Tools, MMPs, CDPs, Reporting Tools).

·         Strong stakeholder and agency management skills with experience overseeing large media budgets.

·         Demonstrated analytical mindset with experience managing and optimizing toward commercial KPIs.
