What is Product Expert- Payments?

Product Expert will be responsible to work on the consumer products of JazzCash. The current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around the consumer business and has both the Over the Counter and Mobile Wallets products. This role is responsible to ensure top class products and services are available for the JazzCash customers and new innovative products and features are shipped to ensure aggressive growth.

This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the “Head of Products” in JazzCash

What does Product Expert-Payments do?

• Work closely with Technology, Design, Planning and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features for JazzCash customers.
• Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products.
• Lead and execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for JazzCash users.
• Identify right problems to solve and implement the right solutions.
• Drive the product development from ideation to launch being accountable of the outcome
• Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impact
• Building and owning a critical product or a group of products with a real impact on millions of consumers
• Responsible for the P&L of consumer account.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be “Product Manager – Consumer Accounts”

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in management/Business/Marketing
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Experience working on Product Development/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Banking industry
• Significant experience & knowledge in product management and product development
• Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
• Proven track record of analytical and decision-making skills
• Debit/Credit cards experience is a bonus.
