What is Manager Performance Marketing?
This role drives large-scale performance marketing campaigns to achieve user growth, retention, and revenue targets. It owns the performance marketing roadmap, budget efficiency, and attribution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position also mentors a specialist team, establishes optimization best practices, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights and sustained competitive advantage. Reports To: Head of Integrated Marketing Experience
The incumbent shall work in an extended team of 8 to 10 members.
What does Manager Performance Marketing do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own the performance marketing roadmap, aligning media strategies with broader business objectives, growth targets, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance on campaign execution, optimization tactics, and professional development.
- Develop and enforce best practices for A/B testing methodologies across creative assets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to drive performance at scale.
- Oversee media budget planning, allocation, and forecasting, ensuring efficient spend pacing and alignment with ROI and LTV goals across all campaigns and channels.
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure messaging consistency, user journey optimization, and robust measurement frameworks are in place across platforms.
- Own the performance reporting framework, working closely with BI and data teams to build insightful dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into campaign performance and strategic insights.
- Ensure robust tracking infrastructure and attribution models are correctly implemented and maintained through tools such as Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other analytics platforms.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitive activity, proactively identifying new growth opportunities and performance levers to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations to inform future planning and investment.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Performance Marketing’?
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business – foundational marketing, performance marketing, and business strategy knowledge.
- 5-8 years of paid campaign management experience with proven results.
- Useful: CRM, marketing automation exposure, telco or subscription business familiarity.
