What is Specialist Product (lifestyle)?
Specialist Product (lifestyle) is responsible for launching new digital platforms which fall under 5 different verticals defined for customers Gaming , Lifestyle , education & skills , Entertainment , Health & insurance and cerate new revenue streams . Work closely with internal and external stakeholders which includes third party vendors which are business partners for all platforms, procurement Technology, brands and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features.
- Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all products.
- Lead and execute cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the experience for users
- Identify right problems to solve and implement the right solutions for Jazz customers
- Drive the product development from ideation to launch being accountable of the outcome
- Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritizing based on the cost vs impact
- Building and owning a critical product or a group of products with a real impact on millions of consumers
What does Specialist Product (lifestyle) do?
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of digital products. This includes app and web development, digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop product feature sets, target audience, app UI/UX and knowledge of digital products
- Need to have technical knowledge and understanding of google play store and console, web development skills and other digital technologies
- Operationalize the digital strategy by converting goals into individual digital initiatives.
- With deep understanding of business goals & customer needs, identify and priorities ideas that drive the greatest commercial outcomes (e.g., growth, engagement, reduction in costs etc.).
- Present the order of work in a roadmap to ensure alignment with management
- Lead digital opportunities through a process to ensure they are feasible, viable and desirable.
- Develop lean business cases that clearly define the business value with the associated costs and constraints so that relevant investment decisions can be made.
- Provide product knowledge and a sound understanding of market and competitors, technology capabilities and customer requirements
- Manage third party relationships
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and stakeholders
- Monitor product growth, engagement and other analysis. Should have sounds analytical skills.
- Work closely with brands and digital marketing teams to execute digital campaigns
- Ensure the digital experience aligns to brand/product/risk/security rules etc.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Product (lifestyle)?
- Advanced analytical mindset and skills
- Understanding of monetization models in lifestyle apps, such as in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising
- Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills for managing cross-functional projects
- Vendor Management, Conflict Management and Negotiation skills to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders across various projects
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and delivering unique product experiences to users.
- Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or computer science is preferred. Relevant work experience in gaming and digital product management is highly valued.
