What is Expert Digitization?
The role is key player in the prototyping and ideation of employee experience journeys, digital user interfaces and experiences of our mobile and web-based HR interaction touch points whilst using proven methodologies such as design thinking.
You will play a pivotal role in developing prototypes and experience journeys to help stakeholders articulate and visualize the final product which would eventually assist in acquiring stakeholder feedback and sponsorship for the project.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the members of our Jazz Departments such as (but not limited to) IT, Brands & Communications in order to ensure development teams are well aware of user requirements and fully understand various aspects of the product that is to be developed and plans pertaining to communication and deployment are in accordance to the overall project plan.
We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital platforms being used in the workplace and technologies that are likely to be future disruptors.
You don't have to be a developer, but you understand what makes things work!
The role reports directly to the Stream Head Digitization.
