What is “Expert PMO Geo-Marketing”?
This position is part of Geo Marketing-Strategic Projects team where this resource is primarily responsible for end to end management of Geo Marketing and Commercial projects. It includes management reports, establishing guidelines, Coordination with stakeholders and a governance framework for these projects. The PMO team acts a value center for these projects. A value centric PMO contributes significantly to the success of projects, efficient utilization of resources, and help the business in achieving strategic objectives.
The role reports to Stream Head Geo-marketing and will be part of the Consumer division. The team is a 3-person team (including the line manager).
What does “Expert PMO Geo-Marketing” do?
· Application of PMO policies, procedures, and standards across the entire portfolio of Commercial projects.
· Responsible for managing governance framework of cross functional projects.
· End-to-end coordination with all stakeholders and partners involved in the project to ensure timely and accurate execution.
· Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects under intense pressure and deliver quality work on time.
· Having displayed the ability to manage internal & external stakeholders.
· Required to make actionable presentations with insights that derive corrective measures
· Work on management level presentations and other requirements for Consumer division.
Apart from the details mentioned above for the given role, responsibilities and deliverables will include the following:
· Interact with relevant stakeholders of projects ranging from Brands, Pricing, Segments, Sales, and Strategic projects etc.
· Strive for continuous improvement in both the processes and the outcome of all projects.
· Understand and implement project management tools/ software to the assigned project.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in effective management of projects.
· Create insightful reports and suggest efficient solutions to problems highlighted in projects

· At least 3+ years of work experience is required of which 1-2 years as a PMO role would be a plus.
