Specialist Service Desk & Data Analytics is responsible for in-house development of applications & utilities to support fast changing emerging business needs of organization. In addition, the role also supports several automation initiatives to efficiency to operational processes.

The role reports directly to the Manager SQM & Automation Support with an extended team of 7 team members.
