What is an Expert B2G Analytics, Operations and Growth?
The Expert Public Partnerships Analytics, Operations and Growth role is responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics, regional and resource level performance monitoring, product, and client wise performance monitoring, monitoring and analysis of all key KPIs, and all partner facing reporting. The role is also responsible for backend operations, solution identification and compilation, internal stake holder management and growth analysis of existing partners along with building analytics, data visualization and data-based growth strategies. The role is also responsible for execution of smooth integration and post integration testing and analysis and preparing presentation decks based on analytics and product knowledge.
Expert B2G analytics, operations and growth is also responsible for building partner level business cases, and business cases for Public Tender to gauge profitability.
The role reports directly to Manager B2G Solutions Analytics and Growth.
