Job Summary:

Enterprise Technical PMO to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical projects across the enterprise. Will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams of Jazz Enterprise Solutions.

The role reports directly to the Manager Quality Assurance & PMO and has 3 people reporting directly.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.

2.       Provide technical leadership and guidance to project managers and team members on technical projects.

3.       Bringing visibility of milestone against deliveries for Enterprise Management.

4.       Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical project initiatives.

5.       Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets for large-scale technical projects.

6.       Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee meetings.

7.       Identify and mitigate technical project risks, issues, and dependencies.

8.       Ensure compliance with enterprise technical standards, policies, and procedures.

9.       Develop and maintain technical project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and status reports.

10.   Provide coaching and mentoring to junior project managers and team members.

11.   Participate in the development and implementation of enterprise technical strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on large-scale technical projects.

·       Strong technical background in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, or IT service management.

·       Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical project risks.

·       Experience with technical project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
