What is Head of Strategy and Growth?

The Head of Strategy and Growth leads the team responsible for driving business strategy and scaling the Jazz Lifestyle Ventures (JLV) ecosystem. Working closely with senior management, this role steers the execution of the long-term vision, oversees departmental business performance, and leads initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability across all digital verticals.

What does Head of Strategy and Growth do?

• Ecosystem Strategy Formulation: Architect the long-term strategy and drive synergies across JLV’s digital verticals (e.g., Tamasha, Simosa, Zarr) to maximize market penetration.
• Growth & Analytics Leadership: Direct the overarching growth tech stack and  analytics framework to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Strategic PMO Direction: Lead the PMO to ensure the rigorous execution of critical business initiatives and strategic milestones.
• Business Performance Governance: Enforce executive measurement frameworks to steer P&L outcomes and business KPIs
• Business Planning & Execution: Drive annual and multi-year planning cycles, translating strategic vision into actionable operational roadmaps.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Strategy and Growth?

• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, growth analytics and digital business scaling
• Qualification: Master / Bachelor’s in business/Marketing/Analytics with 8+ years of experience with a focus on digital products and startup ecosystem.
• Strategic Ecosystem Expertise: Proven track record of building, optimizing, and commercializing complex digital ecosystems and lifestyle platforms.
• Analytical & Financial Rigor: Mastery in business performance tracking and translating data into top-level strategic directives.
• Strategic Communication: Outstanding data storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate high-level vision and business performance with absolute clarity and precision.
