What is Expert Digital Assurance, Systems and Analytics?

The Expert Level role is part of an 11-member team and reports directly to the Stream Head of Revenue Assurance, Credit & Controls. This position involves developing AI/ML-based systems, supporting stakeholders in making strategic decisions, developing and implementing Digital products, Digital Products risk management, Revenue/ Cost validations, and guiding initiatives and decisions while ensuring that business KPIs are met. The role also includes expanding the functional scope of the domain, enhancing control coverage, and managing projects and systems’ deployment effectively.

 At Jazz Business Assurance, Digital Assurance & Service Analytics play a crucial role in unlocking the value of our network, opening new revenue opportunities and extending expert support to stakeholders. The position is responsible for conducting multi-level Analytics over Big Data to guide the business with user behaviours, product trends, customized offerings, accurate assessment of churn propensity, proactively highlighting fraud and Revenue leakage threats and recommended corrective actions.
