What is Expert Growth and Analytics?
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Expert Growth and Analytics to join our innovative team. This full-time role is a unique opportunity for a strategic visionary with strong commercial and technical skills to lead the execution and governance of all of JazzCash’s digital and legacy campaigns. The successful candidate will ensure our campaigns help grow and sustain our base. As Expert Growth and Analytics, you will be responsible for designing and implementation of innovative strategies for growth, churn reduction, subscriber engagement, revenue enhancement, and lifecycle improvement activities along with working on tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase etc.
The role reports directly to the Head of Growth for JazzCash.
What does Expert Growth and Analytics do?
Base Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and engagement within our existing customer base.
- Segment the customer base and tailor personalized marketing campaigns to different customer segments.
- Create and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and improving customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing:
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, customer-focused content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, continuously seeking innovative approaches to improve the digital presence and brand visibility.
- Monitor and measure the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track and analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
- Generate insights from data to inform marketing decisions and drive improvements in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Work with the analytics team to set up dashboards, reports, and A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Growth and Analytics?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, MixPanel etc.).
- Experience with customer cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a genuine interest in understanding customer behavior.
- Knowledge of fintech products, services, and industry trends is a plus.
- Should be a team player, taking ownership of assigned projects understanding business pain points and working amicably under pressure.
- Should be good at multitasking and prioritizing relevant actions in order to prioritize the burning pain points of business.
- Creative problem solver who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways to resolve issues.
