What is Manager Cyber Security Solutions?

Manager Cybersecurity Solutions is responsible for leading the cybersecurity architecture function, overseeing the design and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions across enterprise environments. This role plays a strategic part in shaping the organization's cybersecurity roadmap, managing vendor partnerships, and aligning security architectures with business objectives. The role leads a team of solution architects and interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role reports directly to the Head of Cloud and Cybersecurity Solutions and has a team of solution architects and security engineers reporting into it.

What does Manager Cyber Security Solutions do?

• Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise security solutions using Trend Micro, Fortinet, and other technologies.
• Own the cybersecurity architecture roadmap and align it with organizational goals and evolving threat landscapes.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their security challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Develop and enforce security architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Guide solution development lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, technical support, and delivery teams.
• Drive strategic vendor engagements and lead negotiations for advanced technical capabilities and certifications.
• Mentor and coach team members to build internal cybersecurity capability and leadership pipeline.
• Represent the cybersecurity domain in senior management forums and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Deliverables

• Strategic Leadership: Define and evolve the cybersecurity architecture strategy in alignment with organizational vision.
• Team Development: lead, and develop a high-performing cybersecurity architecture team.
• Client Engagement: Strengthen enterprise client relationships by delivering business-aligned, value-driven security solutions.
• Partner Ecosystem Management: Expand and maintain Tier 1 partnerships (e.g., Fortinet, Trend Micro) and ensure technical and business compliance.
• Revenue Enablement: Contribute to revenue growth through architecture leadership, presales collaboration, and thought leadership.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet internal security governance frameworks and external compliance mandates.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Cyber Security Solutions?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in architecting and delivering enterprise security solutions with technologies like Trend Micro, Fortinet, and others.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, zero trust architectures, and threat management frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, with ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or vendor-specific accreditations are highly desirable.
