What is Regional Product Expert – Cloud about?

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced individual with a techno-commercial acumen to join our team as a Regional Cloud Services Product Expert. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product adoption, providing expert guidance, and supporting the successful implementation of cloud solutions within their designated region.

What does Regional Product Expert – Cloud do?

Product Expertise: Have in-depth understanding of cloud services. Stay updated on the latest features, capabilities, and industry trends.

Regional Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the region, offering expertise, guidance, and support to customers, sales teams, and partners.

Technical Consultation: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist in designing cloud solutions that align with their objectives.

Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate internal teams, customers, and partners on the benefits and functionalities of cloud services.

Solution Implementation: Work closely with technical teams to support the successful deployment and integration of cloud solutions, ensuring seamless execution.

Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement or enhancement.

Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements, providing insights to enhance product offerings.


Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be advantageous. (Masters will be a plus)

Experience: 4-5 years of proven track record in a similar role, with experience in product management, technical consultancy, or solutions architecture within the cloud services domain

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing principles, services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware, Redhat, Oracle, etc.).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and drive solutions.

Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges, providing valuable solutions and guidance.

Collaborative Nature: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to drive product success.
