What is Expert Strategy Unit?

This role provides administrative and project management support to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), combining executive assistance with enterprise project coordination to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. The incumbent will act as an enabler, supporting executive communication, operational-level stakeholder management, and strategic priorities beside administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to contribute to both operational administrative efficiency and strategic business outcomes.

Expert Strategy Unit role reports directly to the CSO.

What does Expert Strategy Unit do?

• Manage professional scheduling, including calendars, agendas, travel arrangements, and other logistics for the CSO and extend support to the rest of the unit while keeping strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information
• Act as a focal point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and information flow
• Prepare internal communications, emails, presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CSO, when needed
• Support strategic projects by assisting in planning, tracking progress, and following up with stakeholders on key deliverables
• Align schedules and priorities to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively managed and delivered on time.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Strategy Unit?

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, or equivalent professional experience

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive administrative support or strategic coordination roles

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities to handle both executive and strategic tasks seamlessly

Proactive Approach: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, multitask efficiently, and take initiative

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve issues independently and contribute to strategic goals

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a mature and pleasant manner
