What is FP&A Business Partner Commercial?

This role is responsible for FP&A commercial activities including planning, analysis, reporting and investment appraisals.

The role reports to Stream Head - FP&A.

What does FP&A Business Partner Commercial do?

·       Lead revenue and cost planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the commercial business units.

·       Prepare detailed financial models, scenario analyses, and variance reports to provide insights on business performance.

·       Partner with commercial, sales, and operations teams to gather inputs, understand business drivers, and ensure accurate financial projections.

·       Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to highlight risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

·       Support month-end closing activities by analyzing revenue and cost variances against budget/forecast.

·       Develop presentations and reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

·       Contribute to annual budgeting process.

·       Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in forecasting and reporting.

·       Conduct value creation analysis to identify various business growth opportunities.

·       Conduct post implementation review of various projects & share valuable insights for improvement.

·       Work on ad hoc business cases/requirements as and when required.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be FP&A Business Partner Commercial?

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting

·       Professional Qualification such as CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA

·       3 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

·       Prior experience in Telco commercial or FP&A will be preferred.

·       Strong analytical skills.

·       Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

·       Detail and result oriented, persistent, confident, adaptable and positive attitude
