What is Expert Wallet Growth?

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Expert Wallet Growth to join our innovative team. This full-time role is a unique opportunity for a strategic visionary with strong commercial skills to lead JazzCash’s overall Wallet Growth. The successful candidate will ensure our campaigns help grow and sustain our base and achieve relevant wallet targets. As Expert Wallet Growth, you will be responsible for designing and implementation of innovative strategies for increasing wallet users, churn reduction, subscriber engagement, revenue enhancement, and lifecycle improvement activities along with working on tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase etc.

The role reports directly to the Head of Growth for JazzCash.

What does Expert Wallet Growth do?

·        Develop and execute complete yearly product growth strategy and execution for JazzCash

·        Maximize and deliver end-to-end customer lifecycle starting from customer targeting, onboarding, engagement, retention and deactivation for all product portfolios.

·        Forecast and analyze trends and numbers of customer acquisition, churn, re-joiners etc. and develop strategies to scale.

·        Manage P&L for specific products and ensure that product level userbase is growing.

·        Leverage data and analytics to improve quality customers targeting, conversion to onboarded customers, engagement (usage uplift and diversification) and retention.

·        Work closely with the executive team and ensures compliance with project related requirements, quality standards and timelines.

·        Alter and scale up successful activities, evaluate results of prior day/week campaigns as well as manage customer life cycle and consumer campaigns.

·        Collaborate with related departments to design segmented campaigns with cross-selling, up-selling and bundling opportunities to ensure higher usage/activity levels.

·        Manage commercial budget for DFS in an efficient manner.

·        Adhere to all regulatory requirements from both the Central Bank and Telecom regulator.

·        Engage with multi-functional teams for special assignments and ensure timely achievement of set goals.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Wallet Growth?

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Finance
• 1-2 years’ of experience
• Managing P&L/CLM/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG industry
• Significant experience in product growth, digital and performance marketing
• Expert knowledge of budgeting and planning
• Strong Communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems.
• Proven track record of strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Creative problem solver who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways to resolve issues.
