What is Enterprise Account Manager - Teknosys?
Teknosys is looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth in our IT services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through consultative selling of software development, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
This role requires strong experience in enterprise B2B sales, stakeholder management, and managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.
What does Enterprise Account Manager - Teknosys do?
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (Telecom, Banking, Fintech, Enterprise, Government)
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Account Management
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
Solution Selling
- Understand client requirements and position Teknosys services (custom development, cloud, integrations, etc.)
- Work with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions
- Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and technical teams
- Work with partner/channel ecosystem to drive indirect sales
- Engage with procurement, finance, and legal teams for deal closure
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and sales planning
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Enterprise Account Manager - Teknosys?
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- BBA or relevant business degree
- Proven experience in enterprise or key account sales
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling IT services/software solutions/SaaS/enterprise technology
- Exposure to industries such as Telecom, Banking, Fintech, or Government is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management (including C-level)
- Experience with contracts, renewals, and pricing negotiations
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ/tender processes
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Familiarity with Agile/consultative selling approaches
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in regional/international markets
- Exposure to cloud, digital transformation, or software development services
