What is a Business Process Management Expert?

• Identify potential areas of improvement and recommend ways to revamp the processes based on customer experience
• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize the customer journey
• Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
• Document current processes and define target business process models
• Conduct a random audit of processes to evaluate any potential

The role reports directly to the Manager CX-Business Process Management and has 3 people reporting directly to it with an extended team of 17 team members

What does a Business Process Management Expert do?

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze & optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency & reduce process-related costs as well as good customer experience
• Support analysis and design of new processes
• Focus on efficient workflow in the business operations functions & achieve full digitalization
• Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
• Data analysis to deep-dive and discover process improvement opportunities
• Support CX and Commercial teams for projects impacting processes or customer experience
• Development, improvement, and management of processes and policies
• A collaborative effort will result in process simplification which will lead toward the transformation journey at Jazz while providing high-level customer experience
• Automation and digitization of customer experience and customer processes
• Ensuring the compliance of the processes

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Business Process Management Expert?

Graduate from a recognized institute with 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing process improvement related projects

Soft skills and technical skills required

• Business Process Re-engineering
• Process Design/Management
• Six Sigma (Most Preferable)
• Project Management
• Analytical & Presentation Skills

Technical Skills
