What is Product Manager – Corporate Solutions?

Product Manager – Corporate Solutions will be responsible to manage the collections & disbursements products of JazzCash. The current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around the consumer business and has both the Over the Counter and Mobile Wallets products. This role is responsible to manage, develop and launch products specifically for the corporate and government clients.

The role reports directly to the “Head of Product - Payments” in JazzCash and will be managing a team of 2 direct reports.

What does Product Manager – Corporate Solutions do?

• Create strategy, vision, requirements and KPIs for delivering successful product for the “consumer accounts”
• Work closely with Technology, Design, Planning and other cross-functional teams to develop & launch products and features for the JazzCash “consumer account”.
• Act as the bridge to all departments regarding the assigned products – this includes executive leadership, Product, Marketing, Technology, Banking, Operations, Risk, Customer Support.
• Work closely with sales & partnerships team to bring onboard new corporate and government accounts.
• Grow JazzCash’s payment collections, payroll and disbursements business.
• Requirement gathering with corporate/government accounts, scoping and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Launch promotional campaigns in partnership with partners to ensure growth in the product.
• Identify new business opportunities and industries to launch customized solutions and ensure first mover advantage.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Product Manager – Corporate Solutions?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in management/Business/Marketing
• 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role
• Managing P&L/ Product Development/ Growth/Segments in the Fintech/ Telco/ Banking/ FMCG/ Tech industry
• Significant experience & knowledge in product management and product development
• Expert knowledge of budgeting and planning and strategy creation
• Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
• Proven track record of strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven experience managing highly engaging products in a fast-paced early-stage scale-up environment.
• A proven operator in a fintech, payments, banking, environment, a commercially minded technologist with a broad business perspective.
