What is an Agent Network Associate?

The Agent Network Associate role is responsible for Enablement & Development of Digital Distribution and Agri Agent channel.

The role reports directly to the Manager Consumer Channel and is a solo role. There are no people reporting to this role. Agent Network Associate will be responsible for Onboarding for digital & Agri distribution channels. He will be responsible for alignment with MMBL for timely onboarding and process improvements, Day to Day coordination with partners on execution, SLA implementation with agents. He will be also be looking into daily Reporting of both digital and agri channels and uptake of OTC services from newly developed channels.

What does Agent Network Associate do?

• Develop complete understanding of Agent onboarding and wallet acquisition for Agri and digital distribution partner.
• Develop complete understanding of Jazz sales & distribution structure, commissions, KPIs, retail development programs.
• Understanding on Alternate & Digital channels, how analytics works for channel.
• Work on Uptake of OTC services for alternate digital partners, ensuring growth in agent net add numbers.
• Design Channel incentive schemes & target setting methodologies, exposure to operations, support & trade marketing functions.
• Basic understanding of Promo design for agent network, ensuring franchises profitability. Engaging OPS for resolution of issues at lowest levels.
• Develop understanding of channel policies & governance structures.
• Work on channel profitability and improvement strategy.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Agent Network Associate?

• Bachelor's degree in business, data management, business management, project management, or in a related field.
• Demonstrable experience of distribution channel management.
• Demonstrable experience of the application of distribution techniques and principles in revamping, developing agent network.
• An understanding of how promos and incentive plan works and uptake of such programs.
• At least 2 years' experience in distribution / channel planning or related fields.
• Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and reporting skills.
