What is ‘Specialist – Analytics & Traffic Operations’?

Specialist – Analytics & Traffic Operations will support ZARR’s data intelligence function across marketing, marketplace performance, traffic operations, and partnerships. The role focuses on building scalable reporting frameworks, automating performance dashboards, and generating actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will act as the central analytics partner for Growth, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Product teams—ensuring that performance insights are translated into clear opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, GMV, and operational efficiency.

 

What does ‘Specialist – Analytics & Traffic Operations’ do?

 

 Performance Analytics & Growth Insights

•       Develop and maintain automated dashboards tracking traffic, GMV, conversions, campaign performance, and operational metrics.

•       Analyze performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace channels to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers.

•       Build and maintain funnel, cohort, trend, and baseline performance analysis framework

•       Support audience segmentation analysis and partner-level reporting requirements (e.g., Jazz, JazzCash, marketplace collaborations).

•       Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs.

 

Operations & Performance Efficiency

•       Track operational KPIs including SLA compliance, order TAT, fulfilment performance, and logistics efficiency.

•       Analyze order lifecycle and OMS datasets to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

•       Support exception reporting and root-cause analysis for cancellations, delays, returns, and order processing issues.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration

•       Act as the central analytics partner for Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Product teams.

•       Work closely with internal stakeholders to align performance insights with business growth objectives.

•       Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and decision-making.

•       Support campaign reviews, cross-functional planning, and performance optimization initiatives.

•       Ensure reporting outputs are aligned with departmental KPIs and strategic growth priorities.

 

Reporting Automation & Data Infrastructure

•       Maintain and enhance automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data pipelines.

•       Recreate and scale internal analysis views including pivot frameworks, performance trackers, and campaign dashboards.

•       Standardize reporting templates for internal teams and external partners.

•       Continuously improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and automation across the organization.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

•       2+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.

•       Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation).

•       Experience working with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and OMS datasets.

•       Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is preferred.

•       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

•       Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
