What is Product Manager Merchant Platforms?
The Product Manager Merchant Platforms will lead the design, development, and expansion of JazzCash’s digital payment products and platform capabilities tailored for SME and merchant segments. This role is critical to driving adoption of business App, enhancing financial inclusion, and delivering a superior platform experience to micro and small businesses across Pakistan. You will be responsible for end-to-end platform ownership—covering product strategy, development, execution, platform management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination—with a strong focus on building scalable solutions for SMEs.
What does Product Manager Merchant Platforms do?
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Innovation
· Define and lead the product roadmap for merchant payments and platform features.
· Drive adoption, optimization, and scale-up of solutions such as SoftPOS, Pay via Link, and scalable devices to enhance payment acceptance across the SME base.
· Develop and evolve value-added services that strengthen the merchant ecosystem, including loyalty programs, disbursement tools, and digital utilities that improve engagement and retention.
SME Growth & Platform Scaling
· Provide solutions to scale JazzCash’s SME base through self-onboarding, targeted engagement tools, and merchant-first platform enhancements.
· Use data insights and behavioral trends to drive continuous improvements in adoption, retention, and monetization across the SME segment.
Product Development & Operational Readiness
· Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver user-friendly, compliant solutions.
· Oversee and conduct rigorous UAT, documentation, and internal readiness planning to ensure smooth product rollouts.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
· Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk) and external stakeholders including regulators, payment schemes, and fintech partners.
· Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature launches and strategic initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Feedback Integration
· Monitor platform health, product performance, and user experience KPIs.
· Leverage data analytics and merchant feedback to inform roadmap decisions and improve existing offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 7–10 years of relevant experience in product management, digital payments, fintech, or platform development.
· Demonstrated experience working on solutions for micro, small, or medium-sized businesses.
· Solid understanding of the fintech/payments ecosystem including Raast QR payments, APIs, SoftPOS, and open platform integration.
