Pricing Expert (Analytics as a Service)

The role reports directly to the Manager A2P & Professional Services with an extended team of 06 members.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in both the technical and business aspects of Data monetization and Enterprise solutions. This includes a deep understanding of the underlying technologies, pricing strategies, and a comprehensive knowledge of industry terms. The ideal candidate should be adept at conducting business analysis, formulating effective product management strategies, and possess extensive experience in managing a business portfolio with profit and loss responsibilities.

 

Key responsibilities

-       Develop comprehensive pricing models that consider competitive landscapes, market demand, and cost structures, while also creating time-bound pricing plans to support effective go-to-market strategies.

-       Lead strategic pricing decisions within Data Monetization Initiatives and Enterprise Solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing profitability.

-       Utilize customer feedback and market data to develop innovative pricing strategies tailored to the unique needs of Data Monetization and Enterprise Solutions, leveraging emerging technologies to drive revenue growth.

-       Take ownership of pricing recommendations and product design assessments, ensuring they align with overarching business goals and reporting these insights to CXOs as a subject matter expert.

-       Oversee the entire pricing lifecycle for both Data Monetization and Enterprise Solutions, from strategy development to execution, monitoring, and iteration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve a balance between long-term pricing strategies and short-term KPIs and targets.

 

Key Deliverables 

-       Act as subject matter expert within the organization for the Data Monetization Initiatives

-       Be in a position to manage projects independently, set revenue goals and projects goals for assigned business portfolio. Start adding value in revenue acceleration, segment strategy, pricing structure, and special projects.  

-       Transform yourself into focal person for assigned business portfolio and be in a position to suggest measures to internal stakeholders including data & strategy regulatory, legal, revenue assurance, data protection, compliance and sales channels.

Requirements

-       Bachelor’s or master’s in business/engineering/Data Science with 3+ years of telecom product management experience.

-       Proficient in various pricing strategies for professional and managed services.

-       Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.

-       Skilled in Product Development, Innovation, and Presentation.

-       Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI preferred.

-       Result-Oriented, Creative, Flexible, and Decisive.
