What is Expert CVM & Contextual Marketing?
We are seeking a Contextual Marketing Expert to lead the design, execution, and orchestration of advanced contextual marketing initiatives across digital and legacy channels, while also contributing to the delivery of CVM as a Service across internal portfolios and external partners (e.g., telecom, fintech, B2B).
This is a mid-senior, cross-functional lifecycle role combining CVM strategy, campaign execution, and Martech enablement. It will translate business priorities into scalable, insight-led programs, drive real-time, data-driven, AI-enabled engagement, and support the commercialization of CVM as a Service to deliver measurable growth and customer value.
The role reports directly to the Stream Head and operates with portfolio-level ownership, working closely with Digital, Fintech, Segments, Pricing, Engineering, and Data teams ot external partners.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership & Execution
- Drive the strategy and execution of CVM and contextual marketing initiatives, aligning with Jazz’s growth priorities and evolving business needs.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management programs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization using data-driven and personalized approaches.
Agile Portfolio & Portfolio Ownership
- Own and manage multiple portfolios, products, or business verticals (e.g., telecom, digital apps, fintech).
- Adapt quickly to new assignments, business problems, and cross-functional portfolios, delivering impact in dynamic environments.
- Be accountable for KPIs, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes across assigned domains.
Martech & Platform Enablement
- Build, operate, and scale contextual marketing capabilities across web, app, and legacy channels, supporting both real-time and batch use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust, scalable, and future-ready Martech ecosystems.
Product, Technology & Integration
- Contribute to the development of new digital products, growth use-cases, and CVM-led solutions across internal and external businesses.
- Support event-driven architectures and platform integrations across CRM, CDP, CMS, and other systems.
CVM as a Service Enablement
- Contribute to building and scaling CVM as a Service capabilities, enabling deployment of CVM solutions for external clients and new business opportunities.
- Support the creation of repeatable, scalable, and market-ready CVM frameworks and offerings.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate across Digital, Product, Engineering, Fintech and external partners to deliver sellable integrated solutions.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–4+ years of experience in CVM, lifecycle marketing, contextual marketing, digital growth, or related domains.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains, portfolios, or products in an agile environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMS, Martech, along with proficiency in SQL and analytical tools.
- Solid understanding of data layers, APIs, event tracking, audience design, and journey orchestration.
- Familiarity with real-time and batch campaign execution frameworks.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, growth strategies, and contextual engagement.
- High adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and diverse assignments.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
