Jazz Business team being the flagbearer of integrated business solutions in Pakistan, strives to achieve excellence in innovation and total customer satisfaction every day. The Enterprise Solutions team comprises various functions covering marketing communications, product strategy, and design, business planning, and channel enablement. You would be part of the team responsible for managing and evolving the AdTech, CPaaS solutions, Mobile Identity, Data Products and new products innovation.

What does Expert Data Products do?

We are looking for someone who has relevant techno-commercial experience in mobile value-added services, their underlying technologies and terms, pricing and strategy, business analysis, and product management. Well-versed with the local and international market trends and have ample experience in managing a business portfolio directly or independently with P/L responsibilities. You have a knack for number crunching, structured documentation, and have exceptional presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for CPaaS, AdTech, Mobile Identity and Data Products.
• Lead business planning and P&L management for the assigned portfolio.
• Analyse market intelligence to guide strategic actions and manage the life cycle of existing services.
• Transform customer insights into innovative concepts, aligning opportunities with evolving technologies.
• Foster collaboration within the partner ecosystem to create synergies, develop roadmaps, and achieve revenue KPIs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of potential product/platforms for partnerships and collaboration initiatives.
• Identify revenue streams, conduct market research, generate product requirements, and formulate effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Optimize partner performance through robust commercial management, ensuring a competitive advantage.
• Review pricing and product design recommendations, making decisions and coordinating within the team and broader operating network.
• Own budgeting, P&L management, and product KPIs, providing regular reports at the management level.
• Maintain thought leadership through continuous innovation, owning the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Work closely with cross-functional business, product, and engineering leaders to develop the team’s roadmaps, balancing long-term infrastructure investments against near-term KPIs and targets.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to make decisions and implement continuous improvements for the product.

Key Deliverables

• Understand and drive Ad-Tech & CPaaS monetization strategy,SaaS products, Insights & analytics offerings, and act as subject matter expert within the organization.
• Be in a position to manage projects independently, set revenue goals and projects goals for assigned business portfolio. Start adding value in solutions designing pricing structure, special projects, managing platform deployments through responsible stakeholders involved.
• Transform yourself into a focal person for the assigned business portfolio and be in a position to suggest measures to internal stakeholders including regulatory, revenue assurance, supply chain, technical, carrier & wholesale, service delivery, and proposal management teams.
• Fully aware of market trends, competition, internal and external challenges related to your assigned portfolio. You will be in a position to take independent decisions while ensuring transparency and alignment with the business strategy.
