What is Expert Sales and Distribution Platforms?
The Channel Operations & Automation team is part of the Commercial Planning & Distribution within the Commercial Division. The team is responsible for managing the Channel Operations, automate channel requirements, development for alternate channels and Supply Chain Management for channel.
The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Automation & System Support and has 5 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 40 team members
What does am Expert Sales & Distribution Platform do?
Key responsibilities
- This role works as liaison with Digital Financial Services (DFS) and Channel Planning & Distribution (CPD) teams to develop new projects and provide quick fixation of issues.
- Closely works with DFS team to communicate new developments & updates for the channel.
- Coordinates for routine and priority issues with DFS raised by channel for immediate fixation.
- Identifies gaps in current processes and recommend ways to improve and digitise these processes specially those related to the DFS domain
- Assesses automation opportunity from technical perspective by idea generations, researches competitor products & processes, gains feedback from all regions and identifies revenue streams, provides support in reengineering processes for improvement of channels and operations
- Prepares business requirement document for new developments as per internal team feedback and channel raised requirements, locks scope, raises to DFS Team for development, prioritizes it and then follows up for developments.
- Prepares business cases against the raised projects cost to get financial approval from the relevant teams.
- Being SPOC of sales team, provides help to JazzCash Agents in their onboarding with the help of DFS & Bank Teams
- Closely works with DFS team to communicate new developments & updates for the channel.
Key Deliverables
- Build and maintain good and professional relationships with channel as well as other relevant departments and play pivotal role to drive things.
- Should have ability to get resolved the raised issues within given TAT.
- Able to track and handle projects single handedly with the enthusiasm to deliver within timelines.
- Provide the insights to the senior management on the progress of the channel operations & automation projects raised with DFS & other relevant Teams.

Requirements

- Business Graduate from a recognized institute with upto 5 years of experience in a similar role within telecom or FMCG industries
- Operationally well versed
- Strong Business Analytical Skills
