What is Expert Corporate Partnerships?
The Expert Corporate Partnerships serves as the focal point for potential and existing high-value clients to develop JazzCash's corporate solution portfolio. This includes managing Salary Disbursement Solutions, Payment Gateway, and In-App Payment Collections. The role reports directly to the Regional Manager Corporate Partnership - South and collaborates with an extended team of 15 members.
What does Expert Corporate Partnerships do?
- Bring new clients on board while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Act as the principal point of contact between JazzCash and its corporate customers.
- Identify new markets, generate leads, and pitch solutions to prospective customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the existing corporate client base, ensure smooth operational activities, and explore opportunities for upselling.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through direct outreach or by leveraging Jazz's internal channels.
- Track and present pipeline status and progress to regional management.
- Stay updated on regulatory and business practices affecting Digital Financial Services (DFS) to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Guide clients through all lifecycle stages—from conception and negotiation to onboarding and activation.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Corporate Partnerships?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Digital Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, taking end-to-end responsibility from planning to execution within DFS businesses.
- Sound communication, presentation, and negotiation skills essential for selling JazzCash Corporate Solutions.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple organizations in a sales domain.
- Ability to interact directly with CXOs and senior management teams of client organizations for account relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of DFS solutions and competitor value propositions to close sales effectively in a competitive market.
- Understanding of the SBP regulatory environment pertaining to DFS.
