What is Enterprise Business Support Manager?
The Enterprise Business Support Manager will serve as the central anchor for all business verticals, including Payment Gateway, In-App Collections, Disbursements, Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Expansion. This role ensures national consistency in execution, performance tracking, and partner enablement across regions.
Support Manager will work closely with all four Regional Managers, providing analytical, operational, and strategic support to accelerate business growth. The position reports to Head of Enterprise Business.
What does Enterprise Business Support Manager do?
- Business Coordination:
o Consolidate and track performance across all regions for all the assigned business solutions and verticals.
o Standardize reporting formats, data validation, and KPI tracking.
- Product Enablement:
o Support central product and technology teams in rollout plans, testing, and communication with regional managers.
o Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training material for new product features.
- Performance Analytics:
o Prepare business dashboards and insights for management review.
o Monitor ROI, activation rates, and client retention metrics for informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams for pricing, promotions, and reconciliation issues.
o Liaise with partner organizations for escalations and operational improvements.
- Business Planning & Execution:
o Support new business initiatives and regional expansion programs.
o Assist in developing incentive structures and reward programs for field staff.
- Governance & Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to JazzCash governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
o Maintain accurate records for audits and performance reviews.

Requirements
1 Strong analytical and coordination skills with proficiency in data analysis and dashboarding.
2 Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
3 Knowledge of digital financial services, B2B solutions, and corporate payments.
4 Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
1 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.
2 5–7 years of experience in enterprise operations, fintech, or reporting and analytics role.
3 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
