Role Summary
We are looking for a tech-forward Sales Operations Expert who will tell stories with data. The aim is to hire someone who would automate the mundane using AI, visualize the invisible through advanced AI tools, and present strategic narratives
Key Responsibilities
- Insight Synthesis: Transform raw sales data into high-impact visual narratives and executive-level presentations that highlight regional wins and friction points.
- Advanced Dashboarding: Design and maintain interactive, AI-powered dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, distribution enablers, and franchise health.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize AI-driven modeling to forecast trends in credit vs. cash lifting, identifying "low-investment" risks before they impact the bottom line.
- BVS Intelligence: Conduct end-to-end BVS productivity and repair-aging analysis, using data to optimize device uptime and retailer activity.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement AI-enabled solutions for automated reporting, notification triggers, and balance reversals.
- AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: Act as the primary lead for front-end sales teams, leveraging AI tools to streamline technical queries regarding EFICs, DBSS, and Jazz Point.
- Intelligent Inventory: Coordinate with HO for SIM stock and EFIC orders using predictive demand sensing to ensure optimal stock movement.
- Risk Mitigation: Deploy AI-powered risk analytics to monitor late clearance IDs and automate the flagging of suspicious retailer whitelisting patterns.
- Strategic Onboarding: Evaluate franchise business cases through data-backed portal analysis, managing the end-to-end documentation from induction to final settlement.
- Network Expansion: Use geospatial data and AI planning tools to deploy new BVS/Dermalog units for maximum footprint ROI.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all channel partner activities and whitelisting requests align strictly with SOPs through automated audit logs.
- Stakeholder Influence: Present quarterly business reviews to leadership, translating operational metrics into clear, actionable strategy.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Bridge the gap between Sales, Planning, and HO to ensure geo-fencing initiatives and credit guarantee collections are executed seamlessly.
Requirements
- Exceptional proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel (Power Query/VBA). You should be able to turn a spreadsheet into a compelling visual story.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for data cleaning, Python/SQL scripting, and automated communication.
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a keen eye for design and layout.
- B.Sc/M.Sc or BBA/MBA from a reputable university is a plus.
