What will Intern – People Analytics do?

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our People Analytics team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR data analysis along with social media analytics, giving you a blend of analytical and creative learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis for HR insights.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Create and share engaging content for HR and organizational initiatives.
• Research trends in people analytics and digital engagement.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head with an extended team of 2 team members.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Curiosity to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
