What is Expert Digital Products – Insurance?
This role is focused on expanding Jazz’s insurance and healthcare business within the telecom sector. Key duties include strategic planning, market analysis, and enabling digital platforms to drive revenue growth and subscriber engagement. Success is measured by achieving revenue targets, managing the P&L, and delivering strategic plans and performance reports to senior management.
What does an Expert Digital Products – Insurance do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and enhance Jazz insurance and healthcare business within the telecom industry.
- Analyze market trends in the digital insurance and healthcare products market to identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Enable digital platforms for the insurance and healthcare business.
- Increase the department's topline revenue by adding multiple revenue streams.
- Contribute to ARPU and subscriber engagement through increased penetration of insurance products.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the insurance and healthcare sectors to drive business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, marketing, tech, legal) to design and launch integrated insurance and healthcare products and services.
- Work as a focal person for the insurance and healthcare business, collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the performance of insurance and healthcare initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Able to manage key business stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, proposals, and performance reports to line manager and senior management.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets and managing the P&L for the insurance and healthcare business.
