What is Expert LDI Network?

The LDI Expert is a highly skilled professional specializing in Cloud-based Voice Core Network products. The role entails end-to-end technical ownership, from design evaluation and project delivery to post-launch governance and optimization. The expert will play a critical role in ensuring efficient network integration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through automation and AI-driven insights.

What does Expert LDI Network do?

The role involves leading technical design evaluation for Cloud Core in response to RFIs and tenders, including integration requirements such as SIP connectivity, CDR format customization and validation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory data sourcing.

The expert will manage project delivery and act in a PMO capacity, coordinating with internal and external teams for new connectivity integration, validation testing, and network launch on Huawei hardware and software platforms. Post-launch, the expert will ensure strong technical governance through SLA and OLA management, capacity planning, vendor assurance, and alignment with business requirements.

A key responsibility is to identify opportunities to automate routine operational tasks within Core using scripting languages such as Python or Perl and automation tools, thereby improving efficiency and reducing manual workload. The expert will also support the deployment, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of AI and Machine Learning models applied to predictive maintenance and anomaly detection, enhancing proactive network operations. Proficiency in SQL and Oracle for data extraction and query writing, coupled with experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI, will be required to enable data-driven insights.

The role demands strong expertise in Cloud Core Voice Networks, hands-on experience in SIP integration and CDR management, a solid understanding of governance frameworks, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts in network operations.

The LDI Expert must possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote the department and its technology portfolio with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic approach to competing viewpoints. Strong innovative thinking and a solution-oriented mindset are essential for developing solutions that align with the organization’s philosophy, core competencies, and leadership expectations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Software, or Computer Engineering.
