Role Purpose

The person responsible for this role will serve as a strategic and analytical leader with a sharp problem-solving mindset and a deep understanding of what it takes to design, deliver, and scale impactful digital products.

He / She will lead end-to-end digital product design strategy and analytics function for all digital products, ensuring user-centric design, data-driven decision-making, and continuous product improvement aligned with business goals. The incumbent will thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and excel at leading diverse, high-performing teams.

She / He will proactively manage priorities and expectations with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions along with a clear grasp of global digital product design trends and local market need. The incumbent will shape the vision and roadmap for Jazz’s digital product portfolio, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Design Leadership

•                 Develop and articulate a clear and compelling digital product design and analytics vision aligned with Jazz’s overarching digital transformation goals.

•                 Translate this vision into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact on customer experience, engagement, and growth.

•                 Champion the creation of consistent, intuitive, and user-centric product experiences across all digital touchpoints, ensuring solutions are accessible, inclusive, and deliver real customer value.

•                 Define, implement, and maintain robust design systems, guidelines, and governance frameworks that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products and teams.

•                 Build, inspire, and lead a multidisciplinary design team encompassing UX, UI, Interaction Design, Service Design, and Design Research

•                 Embed analytics into the design lifecycle to measure user behavior, engagement, and satisfaction.

•                 Guide team to identify customer pain points, develop innovative solutions, and optimize assets with high growth potential — all while upholding organizational policies, SOPs, and Jazz’s core values.

 

Analytics & Insights

•                 Build and lead the digital product analytics function.

•                 Develop frameworks to measure user engagement, feature adoption, and overall product performance. Coordination with Digital Product and Growth teams to keep an eye on changes that may impact the trends.

•                 Establish robust mechanisms to capture, analyze, and integrate customer insights and behavioral data into the design and development process.

•                 Use data insights to inform design improvements, and personalization strategies, ensuring that design solutions are continuously optimized for performance and business impact.

•                 Creating visibility to management through automated reporting i.e. Dashboards and identifying red flags pro-actively using digital products insights and design outcomes for strategic alignment

 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

•                 Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in digital product design and analytics to keep Jazz at the forefront of digital innovation.

•                 Foster an environment where experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative design are encouraged and embedded in daily workflows. Empower teams to test bold ideas and learn fast from successes and failures.

•                 Integrate customer feedback loops for continuous product evolution.

•                 Ensure continuous refinement and evolution of digital products based on real user needs and feedback.

•                 Experimenting and innovating to introduce new KPIs more relevant to the changing strategies, focusing more on digitalization of the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•                 Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where designers and analysts can experiment, innovate, and grow their craft. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and skills development opportunities to ensure the team stays at the cutting edge of

•                 Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Growth, and Marketing teams.

•                 Champion a test-and-learn culture — user research, and usability studies.

Skills Required

•                 Significant knowledge of the messaging industry and its competitive landscape. Experience with marketing technology industry

•                 Product/Project management knowledge and experience

•                 Data analysis and exploration including research

•                 Experience on managing self-service digital platforms

Educational & other Requirements

•                 Bachelor’s in business/Marketing/Analytics with 8+ years of experience with a focus on digital products and startup ecosystem.
