What is Head of Diversity and Inclusion?
The Head of D&I is responsible for recognizing, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity within Jazz. A significant part of the role is working closely with various HR Functions to develop talent pipelines, work on diversity metrics, promoting, and developing training programs to enhance employee understanding on inclusivity at workplace.
What does Head of Diversity and Inclusion do?
- Support CPO and P&O LT with development and implementation of corporate diversity and inclusion strategies, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention.
- Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity initiatives.
- Develop and execute diversity programs in partnership with various stakeholders across HR.
- Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to HRBPs, COEs and the business to develop strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent by analyzing and presenting diverse talent demographics, monitoring data trends and developing diversity initiatives.
- Benchmark and research analysis, including monitoring and reporting on diversity and inclusion topics;
- Partner with communications team to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and progress.
- Identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.
- Reviewing the organization’s workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive
- Work with EB, TA and communication teams to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants
- Keep a D&I Lens on all people initiatives

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Diversity and Inclusion?
- The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Consultant, or similar role
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology or any other associated fields
- Hands-on experience of designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employer opportunity.
- Creating and running training sessions on diversity and inclusion
- Having an awareness of people’s difficulties and helping them overcome these
- You are a strong communicator and leader having strong interpersonal skills
- You know what the best practices look like and you know how to incorporate them according to the organizational context.
- Excellent Research skills to be constantly upgrading knowledge about global best practices in the area
- You are a strategic partner and a creative thinker who suggests solutions focused on the future of work and dynamic needs our culture and organization
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
