Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Master Database Management

• Assist in updating, cleaning, and maintaining the Site Master Database, especially for critical operational fields (e.g., DG availability, energy source, site status).
• Ensure real-time accuracy across tower records as changes occur during the TSA period.
• Coordinate with regional rollout/O&M teams to ensure field data accuracy.

2. Support During TSA Period

• Assist with documentation tracking and validation between JAZZ and Deodar stakeholders.
• Help with meeting coordination, MoM circulation, action item tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of reports required by TSA governance teams.
• Provide additional bandwidth to track deadlines and deliverables under the TSA period.

3. Dashboarding & Reporting Support

• Build and update basic dashboards and weekly reports using Excel or Power BI/Tableau.
• Assist in tracking PMO KPIs, milestones, and project dependencies.
• Maintain progress charts and exception logs for leadership briefings.

4. Process Mapping & Documentation

• Contribute to process documentation for key tower operations (e.g., tenant onboarding, preventive maintenance, billing triggers).
• Help create visual process flows (e.g., via Lucidchart, Visio, or PowerPoint).
• Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational functions.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
• Good at data handling, structured documentation, and coordination.
• Interested in telecom infrastructure and project-based work.
