What does Stream Head – Digital Products & Enterprise Solutions do?

 

·         Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns

·         Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

·         Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

·         Shape and communicate our vision and mission

·         Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

·         Work as a part of the product team to develop the right brand initiatives and communications

·         Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

·         Oversee production of advertising materials and marketing content

·         Ensure brand consistency across various marketing initiatives and channels

·         Plan, execute and optimize online marketing campaigns across various platforms

·         Utilize range of performance marketing techniques including PPC, SEO, Programmatic and retargeting et al

·         Implement data driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs

·         Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points

·         Develop testing plans for creative, messaging and landing pages to improve KPIs

·         Monitor and analyze market feedback and adjust marketing communications

·         Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

·         Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

·         Oversee customer journey and consumer reactions

·         Devise innovative growth strategies

·         Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

·         Coordinate with external agencies and partners for brand promotion

·         Manage budgets for marketing communications activities in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders

·         Stay up to date on industry trends, evaluate new technologies and add-on applications as well as ensure brand communication is in sync with market

What are we looking for and what does it require to be ‘Job Title’?

 

1.       Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent

2.       Minimum of 5+ years relevant Marketing or relevant experience

3.       Demonstrated ability to assist in developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy

4.       Experience of working in a tech/start-up/business management portfolios

5.       Telecom & B2B Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise solutions, ICT, and digital transformation trends.

6.       Experience in managing end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns

7.       A thinker with deep understanding of 3 C’s (Consumer, Customer, Competition), trends, practices, information, and insights impacting the business, enabling sound decisions to be made.

8.       Strong command on interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills

9.       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

10.   Strong conflict management skills to manage multiple stakeholders

11.   Strong understanding of digital products and a demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools and platforms is preferred

12.   A creative individual with a strong flair of innovative ideas for content creation for platforms
