What is Procurement Category Manager – Enterprise Solutions?
The Category Manager – Enterprise Solutions drives strategic procurement, partnerships, and solution enablement across IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise categories. The role reports directly to the Head of ServiceCo Procurement and works closely with two extended team members supporting the domain.
This position requires a blend of commercial sharpness, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership to build and manage an ecosystem of global OEMs and technology partners.

What does Procurement Category Manager – Enterprise Solutions do?
Key responsibilities
- Procurement & Strategic Sourcing – Lead procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for IT and cloud services.
- Vendor & OEM Partnership Management – Identify, evaluate, and onboard global and local OEMs (e.g., VMware, AWS, Cisco, Huawei) for enterprise solutions.
- Solution Development & Market Alignment – Collaborate with sales, IT, and business teams to ensure vendor solutions meet SME and enterprise client needs.
- Contract & SLA Management – Ensure service agreements, pricing structures, and performance KPIs align with business and compliance requirements.
- Governance & Compliance Oversight – Ensure procurement practices adhere to telecom, IT security, and data residency laws.
- Cost Optimization & Financial Analysis – Implement data-driven procurement models to optimize spending, vendor pricing, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with finance, legal, IT, and enterprise sales teams to align vendor strategy with business goals.
- Technology & Market Research – Stay updated on emerging trends in IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Performance Monitoring & Vendor Governance – Establish real-time tracking systems to monitor vendor SLAs and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Competitive Differentiation – Develop unique bundled enterprise solutions with OEM partners to strengthen Jazz’s market position.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Procurement Category Manager – Enterprise Solutions?
Experience and Educational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT (Mandatory).
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, IT Management, or related fields) preferred.
- Minimum of 08 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
- Strong background in telecom, IT, cloud services, or enterprise solutions procurement.
- Experience working with global OEMs and technology providers.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and optimize vendor relationships.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks for IT and cloud services.

- Strong analytical and financial skills for cost optimization and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
