What is Regional Manager – Emerging Business Solutions?
The Regional Alternate Business Manager – Enterprise Solutions will drive the growth and execution of alternate enterprise business lines within their respective region. This includes Payroll Digitization (Salary Disbursements), Corporate QR Enablement, and Mini App Channel Development. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of operating as both a hunter (new business acquisition) and farmer (deepening existing partnerships).
The position will lead a team of contractual staff and work closely with regional enterprise, product, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end business results. This position reports to Head of Enterprise Business.
What does Regional Manager – Emerging Business Solutions do?
- Business Ownership:
o Own and deliver regional KPIs for Payroll Digitization, Corporate QR, and Mini App business lines.
o Lead onboarding, activation, and retention of enterprise clients, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Development:
o Identify and pursue new opportunities in underpenetrated corporate and SME segments.
o Conduct regional market scans to identify potential payroll clients, salary processors, and corporate QR partners.
- Mini App Growth:
o Drive adoption of JazzCash Mini App across corporate and retail partners.
o Collaborate with product and tech teams to onboard new partners, test integrations, and monitor performance.
- Stakeholder Management:
o Act as a bridge between regional sales teams, central product teams, and key enterprise clients.
o Ensure seamless execution of product rollouts, campaigns, and client trainings.
- People Management:
o Supervise and coach contractual staff engaged in acquisition and support activities.
o Build capacity within the team to handle technical and operational complexities.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital payments, and corporate disbursement solutions.
- Strategic thinking with executional agility; able to manage multiple business streams simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Leadership experience managing diverse and geographically spread teams.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise business.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with exposure to digital product management.
