The Regional Business Development Head is a pivotal senior leadership position tasked with driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational execution of JazzCash’s retail and enterprise business across the designated region. This role entails end-to-end responsibility for market expansion, payments ecosystem development, and team leadership. The incumbent will lead and manage Business Development Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers, with a strong focus on market penetration, customer acquisition, merchant enablement, and supplier payments.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

·       Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

·       Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership.

·       Strong background in leading teams in field operations, particularly in underdeveloped or rural markets.
