What is Expert Channel Performance Management & Insights?
- Performance Management and governance of the channel
- Analyze the Digital Reports to improve the business and bring overall efficiency
- Develop performance metrics based on changing trends of the Business and Distribution
- Preparation of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business direction plans based on the analysis to determine micro-opportunities of improvement
- Support regional teams by giving Business insights and actionable points
- Monitoring of growth at Regional, MBU & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis and ensuring governance and curbing the ill practices.
- Visit circle/regional teams regularly and based on findings develop action plans for future and follow up.
- Develop & maintain/improve KPIs of the channel partners and sales team to help achieve desired business objectives
The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Performance Management & Insights and has 00 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 06 team members
What Expert Channel Performance Management & Insights does?
- To come up with actionable insights by performing in-depth study and building strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support channel to bring quality customer to the company’s base
- Respond to analysis and reporting needs within the prescribed time frames
- Analyze outputs for accuracy and relevance with the management/regional requirements and formulate these into meaningful analysis/Insights
- Supporting the on ground sales team and regional planning teams
- Bringing the right focus to the sales organization
- Translating data into actionable insights
- Data cross tabs, trend analysis, Number Crunching, Data quality check, numbers validation, data Archiving.
- Conduct market research and derive actionable finding for sales team.
- Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to improve our market shares.

Requirements
- Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BCS
- Work experience: 2 – 4 years (Telco/FMCG/Tobacco/Start up) experience in the following domains:
- Performance Management and Insights
- BI and Analytics
- Product Planning
- Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible
- Excellent storytelling skills in English (both verbal & written)
- Data Interpretation & Quantitative skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong in Excel, Word & Power-point. SQL and VBA knowledge will have advantage.
- Power BI and Tableau
- Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge
- Process oriented approach towards problem solving
- Should be able to analyze, understand and recommended solution to complex problem
- Ability to carry out analysis and develop actionable insights for the team
- Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
