What is Head of Transformation & EPMO?

The Head of Transformation & EPMO is a leadership role within Jazz’s Strategy & NBD Division, responsible for driving enterprise-wide execution of strategic priorities through robust project governance and structured transformation initiatives.

The role leads the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) as a central value driver, ensuring critical cross-functional initiatives are delivered with discipline, transparency, and measurable business impact. In parallel, it plays a pivotal role in enabling Jazz’s evolution into a digital services company by embedding transformation across processes, structures, and ways of working.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, this role works closely with senior leadership to align execution with corporate objectives, proactively manage risks, and ensure sustained value realization from strategic programs.
