What is Expert Regulatory Compliance?

 This position entails for Coordination and Reporting which are crucial components of Jazz's Regulatory Compliance and Vigilance team, offering vital support to the Stream Head of Regulatory Compliance and Vigilance. These roles are instrumental in maintaining efficient communication channels, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring strict adherence to vigilance compliance protocols.

The primary responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including facilitating daily stakeholder engagements, coordinating activities related to vigilance compliance, and compiling accurate reports on vigilance initiatives.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Regulatory Compliance & with an extended team of 10 team members.

What Expert Regulatory Compliance does?

·       Ensure Jazz's adherence to all regulatory requirements, directives, and guidelines.

·       Proactively engage with regulatory bodies on the matters of compliance and vigilance to stay informed about changes and updates in the regulatory landscape.

·       Strategically manage communications and interactions with regulatory authorities to mitigate risks.

·       Ensure telecom laws, and SOPs are complied for the sale of SIM’s, subscriber data and adherence to the procedures

·       Collaborate with internal departments to gather pertinent information for reporting purposes.

·       Establish and maintain effective communication among various departments within the organization.

·       Assist in coordinating activities related to vigilance compliance, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

·       Actively participate in daily stakeholder engagements, recording discussions and providing concise summaries to the Head of Compliance & Vigilance.

·       Work closely with internal teams to address stakeholder inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and communications with external stakeholders.

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting mechanism.

·       Regularly assess and monitor compliance policies and procedures.

·       Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address any identified compliance gaps.

·       Ensure Jazz sales channels are in compliance with PTA laws.

·       Support the Head in compiling regular reports on vigilance compliance and related initiatives, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

·       Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for regulatory meetings, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be *role title*?

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field or equivalent role experience.
• Previous experience in coordination, reporting, or compliance roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Telecom Laws i.e. in depth knowledge of Telecom Act, Rules, Regulations and SOP’s
