What is Head of Youth Segment (ROX)?

The Head of Youth Segment is responsible for managing Jazz's Youth Digital Product (ROX). This role involves developing and executing holistic youth segment strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader with a strong understanding of digital products and markets. The role reports directly to the Head of Products & Segments - Commercial.

What will the Head of Youth Segment (ROX) do?

•       Strategic Leadership:

o   Drive growth of ROX and key performance indicators (KPIs)

o   Enhance the newly launched business model and lead go-to-market strategies

o   Manage a roadmap balancing short-term goals with long-term vision

o   Monitor customer feedback to adjust product strategies accordingly


•       Product & Marketing Optimization:

o   Enhance product using strategy, content, design, UI/UX, and data insights

o   Implement human-centered design methodologies for product rollout

o   Optimize marketing strategies through performance analysis


•       Team Management:

o   Build an inclusive environment that encourages risk-taking and trust

o   Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to foster collaboration and innovation

o   Collaborate with tech and digital teams to develop product roadmaps


•       Collaboration & Engagement:

o   Engage stakeholders internally and externally to identify business opportunities

o   Drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities


•       Reporting

o   Ensure project reporting including financial reporting is in line with the relevant internal and external stakeholders


What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Youth Segment (ROX)?

Education & Experience:

•       Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

•       10+ years of experience in with focus on segments, digital products

•       Prior experience of managing big cross functional teams and direct team members

•       Significant knowledge of the digital products and its relevant competitive landscape

Skills & Competencies:

•       Expertise in product/project management, and data analysis.

•       Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

•       Proficiency in performance marketing, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
