What is Specialist Disbursement Solutions?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to join the JazzCash Disbursement Solutions team as an Analytics Resource. The role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting data-backed decision-making to enhance the efficiency and growth of disbursement products. The position reports to Product Manager – Disbursements.
What does Specialist Disbursement Solutions do?
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards/reports to track disbursement product performance.
- Conduct detailed analysis on transaction trends, customer usage, and partner performance.
- Support the product team in evaluating new opportunities and monitoring existing solution uptake.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Business, Partnerships) to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
- Identify process gaps through analytics and propose recommendations for cost optimization, product improvements, and customer experience enhancement.
- Monitor operational KPIs (TAT, success rates, drop-offs, exception handling) for disbursement flows.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare business review presentations.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in all analytics activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of Reporting: 100% error-free reporting and dashboard delivery.
- Timeliness: Delivery of recurring reports within defined timelines (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Dashboard Development: At least 2–3 automated dashboards deployed per quarter.
- Insight Generation: Minimum 3 actionable insights/recommendations per month presented to stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution Support: Analysis turnaround time for ad-hoc/critical issues within 24–48 hours.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from product and business teams on the usability of insights/reports.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Disbursement Solutions?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in analytics, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of financial/disbursement solutions and digital payment ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
